PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project involved construction of a 5-story residential complex.

The main concern of the designers when they are faced with multi-storied buildings such as this is to keep disproportionate masses at check and to maintain the high degree of privacy each property enjoys. In the case of this particular project, privacy was in no way comprised despite the fact that the structural elements of the building lot were put to full use.

The method of combining wood with natural fieldstone and smooth plaster weds harmoniously classic materials with materials we seldom meet employed in the construction of apartment buildings.

Additionally, mixing and matching balconies of different sizes together gives the building the naturalness and geometric harmony it needs. The grounds feature prominently before the building’s façade giving the opportunity for a landscape of verdant surroundings.
