The building is situated very close to Athens
international airport ” El. Venizelos”.
Only 70m away from the Central Markopoulo City square and just 580 m distanced from the under planning Markopoulo station of the suburban Athens railway.
During both the study and implementation stage of the project our first priorities were to enhance the commercial and functional value and aesthetics of each property independently as well as of the whole.
Carefully selecting the materials and combining the central atrium with a symmetrical metal awning have given the building the gravity and directness that are suitable for this type of project.
This building could definitely be placed at a central point of Athens.
